Our returns policy is 5 days. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include a product unpacking Video to us via Email or Whatsapp.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be credited to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We do not provide any exchanges.

We are not responsible for delays due to third-party couriers, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If a package is lost or stolen after delivery, we are not liable for replacements or refunds.
