1.1 Shipping Coverage

ChamkileyStore currently ships only within India with Free Shiping.


1.2 Delivery Timeline

Orders are typically delivered within 3–10 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier operations, geographic location, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.


1.3 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.


1.4 Tracking & Delivery Responsibility

Tracking details are shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp once the order is dispatched on the best effort basis. Customers are responsible for ensuring availability at the delivery address. Failed deliveries due to incorrect address, unreachable contact details, or refusal to accept delivery may result in order cancellation without refund of shipping charges.


2. Return & Exchange Policy (Strictly Regulated)

This policy is framed in accordance with applicable Indian consumer laws and applies only to eligible products.


2.1 Return / Exchange Request Timeline

  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within 5 (five) days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be returned within a maximum of 15 (fifteen) days from the date of delivery.

  • Requests raised after 5 days or products returned after 15 days shall not be accepted under any circumstances.


2.2 Exchange Availability

  • Exchanges are available only for select pincodes, subject to courier serviceability.

  • If exchange is not serviceable for the customer’s pincode, only a return may be offered, subject to eligibility.


3. Mandatory Proof Requirement

To safeguard against misuse and fraudulent claims, the following is mandatory for all return or exchange requests:

3.1 Unboxing Evidence

Customers must record a clear and continuous unboxing video, which:

  • Begins before opening the outer packaging

  • Clearly displays the shipping label

  • Shows the product, tags, and condition in a single, uninterrupted recording

Additional photographs may be requested for verification.

Failure to provide the required evidence shall result in automatic rejection of the request.


4. Product Condition Requirements

Returned or exchanged products must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Be in original condition with tags, labels, and packaging intact

  • Be free from stains, odor, damage, or alteration

Products failing inspection will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with:

  • Order ID

  • Mandatory unboxing video

  • Clear supporting photographs

Claims raised after 48 hours shall not be entertained.


6. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Requests raised after 5 days from delivery

  • Products returned after 15 days from delivery

  • Items without mandatory unboxing proof

  • Used, worn, washed, or altered products

  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or incorrect)

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling


7. Return & Refund Process

  1. Customer raises a return request within the prescribed timeline

  2. Required proof is submitted for verification

  3. Reverse pickup is arranged, subject to courier availability

  4. Product undergoes quality inspection upon receipt

  5. Refund is approved or rejected based on inspection results


8. Refund Terms

  • Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of:

    • Incorrect product shipped

    • Manufacturing defect


9. Reverse Pickup Disclaimer

Reverse pickup is subject to courier serviceability. If unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship the product. Refunds are initiated only after successful receipt and inspection.


10. Abuse Prevention

Chamkiley Store reserves the right to:

  • Monitor return behavior

  • Restrict or block accounts exhibiting abusive or suspicious activity

  • Disable Cash-on-Delivery for high-risk users


11. Final Authority

All decisions regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds are taken after inspection and verification. Chamkiley Store’s decision shall be final and binding, subject to applicable Indian laws.
